Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We only receive confirmation of payment status from Stripe.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage patterns within the app
• Date and time of access

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide dream analysis and insights using AI
• Generate personalized dream visualizations
• Identify patterns across your dreams and life events

4. AI Processing

Your dream content is processed by AI services (Anthropic Claude) to provide analysis and insights. This processing is done to deliver the core features of the Service. Your content may be used to improve AI model performance, but is anonymized and aggregated before any such use.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides:

• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data
• Regular security audits and compliance measures

While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), Replicate (image generation)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Download all your data via the Export feature in Settings
• Delete: Delete all your data or your entire account in Settings
• Correct: Update your profile information at any time
• Portability: Export your data in JSON format
• Object: Contact us to object to certain data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Spirits of Dreams is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
