โฐDream About Being Late for Class
You were running. Through hallways you could not navigate. Checking clocks that showed different times. Searching for a room you could not find. Late. Definitely late.
Being late for class is about falling behind. Not in school โ in life. Everyone around you seems to be hitting their milestones. Getting promoted. Getting married. Having children. Succeeding. And you feel like you are still in the hallway, searching for the right room.
If you could not find the classroom, you do not even know what you are supposed to be working on. The path is unclear. The destination is unknown. You know you should be somewhere but you do not know where.
If the hallways were confusing or changing, the route to your goal keeps shifting. Every time you think you know the way, the structure changes. Rules change. Expectations change. The map you relied on is no longer accurate.
If the bell had already rung, the window of opportunity feels closed. You missed it. The moment when you should have been in your seat, ready to learn โ it passed and you were not there.
If you finally arrived and the class was empty, what you were rushing toward no longer exists. The opportunity you were chasing has ended. The room is still there but the moment has passed.
This dream is about time anxiety โ the feeling that life has a schedule and you are not on it. Your unconscious is asking: whose schedule are you actually late for? Yours or everyone else's?
