๐๏ธDream About Flying Over Mountains
Mountains are obstacles. They are massive, ancient, and immovable. When you dream of flying over them, your unconscious is showing you something powerful: the thing that once blocked your path can no longer hold you.
This dream often appears after you have been struggling with something for a long time. A challenge that felt impossible. A fear that seemed permanent. A pattern that would not break. Your unconscious has been watching you climb โ and now it is showing you what it looks like from above the summit.
The mountains below represent what you have overcome or what you are about to overcome. They have not disappeared. They are still there, massive and real. But your relationship to them has changed. You are no longer at the base looking up. You are above, looking down.
If the mountains were snow-capped, the challenges carry wisdom. They were hard but they taught you something. The cold and the height forged something in you that warmth and comfort never could have.
If the mountains seemed endless โ range after range stretching to the horizon โ your unconscious is being honest: there will always be more challenges. But now you know you can fly. The mountains never stop, but neither does your ability to rise above them.
Jung connected mountains to the individuation journey โ the lifelong process of becoming who you truly are. Flying over them means a stage of that journey is complete. Not the whole journey. Just this mountain. And that is enough.
