๐Dream About Driving at Night
The road was dark. Your headlights cut through just enough to see the next few feet. Beyond that โ nothing.
Driving at night is moving through life without full visibility. You cannot see the destination. You cannot see what is coming. You can only see what is immediately in front of you and hope the road stays steady.
If the headlights were bright, you have enough clarity for the next step. You cannot see the whole journey but you can see far enough to keep going. That is enough.
If the headlights were dim or broken, you lack even basic clarity. You are navigating blindly through a situation that requires more information than you currently have.
If the road was empty, the journey is solitary. Nobody else is on this path with you. That could feel peaceful or terrifying depending on how comfortable you are with being alone.
If oncoming headlights blinded you, something or someone is coming toward you and you cannot see clearly because of the intensity. A confrontation. A change. A truth that is approaching but you cannot make out the shape of it yet.
Night driving is not the same as being lost. You are still moving. You still have the wheel. You just cannot see very far ahead. Your unconscious is saying: that is okay. Not every journey needs a visible horizon. Sometimes you just drive through the dark and trust.
