๐ฐDream About Being Haunted
It followed you. Room to room. House to house. Day to night. The presence was relentless and inescapable.
Being haunted is different from seeing a ghost. Seeing a ghost is a moment. Being haunted is a pattern โ a persistent, ongoing presence that has attached itself to your life.
If the haunting was in your home, the past has infiltrated your personal space. Your inner world โ your sense of self, your private life โ is being occupied by something that should have ended.
If the haunting followed you to different locations, you cannot outrun this. Changing environments, changing relationships, changing cities โ the ghost travels with you because it lives inside you, not in a place.
If you tried to confront the ghost and it disappeared, the past retreats when faced directly. The haunting persists only because you have been avoiding the confrontation.
If the ghost got stronger when you tried to ignore it, avoidance feeds the haunting. The more you pretend it is not there, the more powerful it becomes.
If the haunting ended when you acknowledged the ghost, recognition is the exorcism. Not a dramatic ritual. Just saying: I see you. I know you are there. I know what you represent. That acknowledgment is often enough to release the hold.
Being haunted is exhausting โ because the past demands the same energy as the present, doubling your emotional workload. Your unconscious is showing you the cost of carrying what should have been laid to rest.
